Credit and Debit Cards Pay by Credit or Debit card
Bring your card to our office
or pay via the telephone

Please note that if visiting our office, the majority of credit and debit cards are now Chip and PIN, with very few exceptions. If you do not know your PIN number you should immediately contact the issuer of your card, who will guide you through the process of obtaining a PIN

Credit card payments do attract a surcharge, as we do have to pay for this service and have to pass on this cost to our customer. There is however no surcharge if you are paying by Debit card

OTHER PAYMENT METHODS
Pay by Banker's Standing Order (normally used by storage clients), Bank Transfer, BACS (normally used by other companies) or On-Line Banking.

STANDING ORDER PAYMENT
Many of our storage customers pay their storage charges by STANDING ORDER If you wish to pay this way just let us know and we shall forward the appropriate form.

To ensure your payment is correctly assigned it is essential that you quote the contact reference
It would also facilitate the process if you could advise that you intend to make payment by On-Line Banking or Bank Transfer

IMPORTANT NOTE
Please note that it can take 24-48 hours before a payment made by On-Line Banking or Bank Transfer can appear on the bank’s system and therefore viewable by ourselves. Also note funds will not be transferred out of banking hours. Both of these points should be remembered when asking us if payment has been received

PAYMENT SECURES BOOKING
Payment (cleared funds) secures removal booking so it is recommended to make payment either at time of making booking or shortly thereafter to secure your booking
