An Important Message From The Partners of Gosdens RemovalsUpdated: 27th March 2020
During the Coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis we are attempting to carry out the work currently in our diary, and will continue to do so until told not to by the government. We appreciate that right now, people are committed to moving days, with many sales currently being rushed through.
We cannot avoid the fact that our service is customer facing so we do ask anyone that has booked in with us that is feeling unwell or displaying any symptoms, or has come in contact with anybody that has, please contact us so we work in finding a resolution together to get the work done or postponed. The same way we do not want to send any staff member out to work with the public if they display any symptoms.
Our office and warehouse is currently closed to the public and will remain so until further notice. Our office is now operating remotely, which is quite a challenge in itself. We shall endeavour to keep our phone lines open during our normal office hours (i.e. Monday-Friday; 9.00am-1.00pm; 2.00pm-4.00pm) but this may be subject to interruption at various times.
We are attempting to maintain as normal a office service as possible, but it would greatly assist us if clients could do the following during these unprecedented times:
We can deliver any packing materials needed for the moves we have booked in to addresses in the Eastbourne area.
If you have any concerns please do not hesitate to get in contact with us via telephone, email or social media.
Please stay safe and take care of yourselves.
